Christy coordinates and promotes meetings, trainings and other events for the CCC; creates surveys and other forms; edits a weekly digital newsletter featuring CCC and CCC partner activities; and manages the CCC’s website and Facebook page. Christy was invited to join the CCC in 2011 to expand its web presence and support the director’s efforts to grow the membership. She is thrilled to be working with a team of such talented and compassionate folk who are always excited to respond to community needs. Christy is also a freelance writer with a background in philosophy, metaphysics, ancient languages & cultures, but uses her communication skills to promote non-profit organizations in the here and now. She earned a Master of Theological Studies Degree at Boston University and a bachelor’s in Celtic Studies at St Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. Christy lives in Cutler with her sister and animal companions.
