Dante Zanoni, LSW, is the Program Manager for The Connection Initiative, a county-wide program hosted and coordinated by the CCC that connects community members to needed resources. It uses an online platform that allows the moderator to connect community members to needed resources or organizations through several different channels: Website, Phone, Text, Email and Facebook. Dante comes to us from Marshall Healthcare & Rehab where he was the Director of Social Services, focusing on improving quality of life for residents, supporting families of residents, and connecting the community to Marshall’s. He also served as the Director of Social Services for Oceanview Nursing Home & Residential Care in Lubec, and as a medical social worker for hospice clients with Community Health & Counseling Services. Born and raised in western Maine, Dante moved to Boise, Idaho where he served with the Army National Guard and worked as a service provider and program writer removing barriers for adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in a community setting. Today, he lives in Lubec with 4 of his 7 children.
