The National Center for Equitable Care for Elders has a new publication: Parkinson’s Disease Resources for Community Health Centers. This publication was produced in coordination with the Parkinson’s Foundation to help community health centers better serve their older adults with Parkinson’s Disease. It includes practical tools for professionals like trainings and continuing education courses, digital publications and fact sheets, webinars, and more.
