The Grief Journey of the Dementia Caregiver
Join HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care on October 17th from 12 – 1 pm for an online session that will will discuss how grief changes for dementia caregivers at each stage of the disease—from anticipatory grief to bereavement. Identifying the caregiver’s greatest area of stress will also be a part of the discussion. This presentation is part of a series designed to provide education, support, and resources for those caring for loved ones living with dementia. Trees for HOPE Festival
The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center is thrilled to share some exciting news! It’s not too early to start thinking about donating a themed Christmas tree for the 2023 Trees for HOPE Festival. This year’s festival will take place on Saturday, December 16th from 9 am to 7 pm and on Sunday, December 17th from 9 am to 2 pm at a location to be determined within Ellsworth, ME. We hope you’ll consider donating a tree and/or attending and purchasing raffle tickets. Proceeds from the 2023 Trees for Hope Festival will benefit the Downeast Cancer Patient Navigation Program, a collaborative effort of the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center.
