Community members are invited to join Healthy Acadia on Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 5 to 6 pm, via Zoom for, “The Art of Habit Stacking,” with special guest Lizzie Nelson. This free online event is the latest installment in Healthy Acadia’s Monthly Mindfulness series. When it comes to health, many of us tend to set ambitious goals and resolutions, only to find them increasingly challenging to maintain over time. This often leads to feelings of frustration and overwhelm. In “The Art of Habit Stacking,” Lizzie will delve into her philosophy for ensuring that healthy habits stick. In this session, attendees will be guided through the science behind habit stacking, exploring how Lizzie’s clients integrate this method into their everyday routines. The class will include a hands-on exercise aimed at helping participants kick-start their journey of stacking their own healthy habits. Pre-registration is required for this free event. Register and receive the Zoom link.
