In 2015, CCC completed an extensive strategic planning process. The timing was especially critical as the organization was transitioning from having two co-directors to one director at Marjorie Withers’ retirement. The plan identified CCC’s current priorities and mapped out goals and strategies for the following three years. CCC has kept this document alive through a process of frequent revisiting and revision, using it to guide our work.
