Cultural Humility Training Registration

Please join the CCC for a newly developed training presented by Elizabeth Neptune of Neptune Advantage, Cultural Humility, designed for Family Futures Downeast partners, but open to all partners of the Community Caring Collaborative.  This training is in-person only and will be held at Cobscook Institute in Trescott from 9:30 am to Noon on Friday, October 11th.  Learning Objectives for this training include:

  • Understanding the difference between diversity, cultural awareness, & cultural competence, and barriers to working relationships with community members from diverse cultures;
  •  Identifying where you are on the cultural awareness continuum, ways to improve working relationships, and ways to continue a cultural competency journey.
