WG, PB & TCI Meeting

The CCC Work Group, Poverty Busters and TCI Resource Partners meet virtually from 1-2:30 pm on the first Wednesday of each month. Work Group members are direct service workers, volunteers and agency admins who come together to share resources, support each other and brainstorm solutions to community needs. Poverty Busters are low-income community members, partners from agencies, and other community members working on grassroots strategies to increase poverty awareness locally and to remove the barriers that poverty creates. TCI Resource Partners are community members, business owners, health care and service providers who work to connect community  members to needed resources.  All three groups have come together to improve communication and to ensure that the CCC is effective in helping to change outcomes for those it serves.
